Born December 2nd, 1971, Lviv, Ukraine. He graduated with honors from Lviv National University and received Master’s Degree in Geology, in 2006 – at the same University - he successfully attended the International Relations Department and graduated with honors.
In 1991 Oleksandr Bogutskyi worked as an editor of the first independent Ukrainian radio-station – “Nezalejnist Radio”. He was a co-founder of the “Express” newspaper, worked with newspapers “Ratusha” and “Post-Postup”.
In 1994 Bogutskyi was in charge of the festival “Tavria Games” press-center. He had been and still is the regular host of the festival. Irina Zarya was born on 16th of October, 1973, in Donetsk, Ukraine. She has two higher educations. She graduated from Donetsk State Technical University, speciality “Engineer–economist”, and the Kiev National Economic University (MD) specialized at financial management, with honours, has an MBA degree.

Professional industry joined its forсes to develop new modern version of legislation on cinematography, relevant to realities of the market. Born 1964 in Moscow. On graduating the HSAC (The Higher State Art Courses) in 1987 he used to work as a scriptwriter and dramatist. In 1988 he wrote the scenario for the "Assa" movie that became one of the most successful Russian movies shot at the threshold of the perestroika. In 1989 his play "The Creator" was published and staged at the Moscow Theatre for the Youth. Later, in 1991 a movie "Love on Order" was shot on the basis of this play. In 1990 the movies "The Body" and "My People" were produced under scripts written by Sergey.
In 1989-1990 Sergey became a co-writer of the scenarios for the joint American-Russian projects "Odyssey" for the PBS and "To the World" for the Neo Modern. In 1991 he wrote a scenario for a movie "The Taste of Freedom" produced by Rolan Joffe's company “Lightmotive" for the Turner Network Television. The same 1991 he founded (together with V.Todorovsky and I.Tolstunov) the TTL, one of the first Russian independent film companies.
He became a director, a scriptwriter and a producer of the movie "Kix" which was successfully released in 1992 and was awarded with many prizes at different festivals in Russia and abroad, including the International Film Festival in Karlovy Vary.
In 1994 he became a producer, director and co-writer of the movie "The Sickle and the Hammer". This movie got the Grand-Prix at the cinema festival in San-Rafael, a prize of the cinema festival in Salonika as well as a number of other awards at other Russian and international film festivals.
During the period between 1991 and 1998 he was a producer of a number of successful Russian movies, including "The Love" and "The Country of the Deaf" of Valeriy Todorovsky, "The Russian Rag-Time" of Sergey Ursulyak, "The Idiot's Dreams" of Vasiliy Pichul and "The Snake's Spring" of Nicolay Lebedev.
In 1995 he was appointed the director and the chairmen of the board at the Gorky Film Studio (1995-1998). He managed to raise the studio that had been experiencing harsh financial difficulties from the ashes that allowed it to release 15 movies. He also founded a department that was producing TV-programs ("The XX Century Stars", 1998, as well as a number of other programs for the RTR and NTV TV channels). People began to associate the Gorky Film Studio with the names of young talented Russian directors of the new generation.
In 1998 Sergey left the Gorky Film Studio to become an independent producer again, this time in Hollywood. During the period from 2000 to 2004 Sergey produced movies: "The Arena" (directed by T.Bekmambetov), "The Outcast" (directed by N.Lebedev), "The Second Front" (directed by D.Fix), "In June of 1941" (directed by M.Ptashuk).
Since 2003 Sergey has been seriously engaged in distribution of the American movies in Russia and Ukraine. In 2006-2007 he was a producer of the 100-episode comedy soap opera "The Three Up" (The Ren-TV channel).

Dmitry Litvinov opened one of the first reconstructed cinema halls in Moscow - "Pobeda". In the end of 2001 he created advertising agency «Planeta Inform» which focuses on marketing in the field of film industry, show business and fashion.
Planeta Inform Communication Group was created in 2003 on the basis of the advertising agency with the same name. The communication group includes the following departments: adverting agency, PR agency, BTL & Event Agency, Publishing House "Metropolitan E.R.A." Mark Lolo was born in 1968 in the city of Nizhniy Novgorod. In 1992 graduated from faculty of Applied mathematics of EGU.

Michael Schlicht was born May 30, 1955 in the German city Ratinov. Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Oriental Department of International Relations Faculty (1982).
He worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture of GDR and led the Centre of International Cultural Exchange of GDR.
Since 1991 Michael Schlicht has been working in Russia.

She gained enormous experience of conducting international deals and carrying out of multiparty negotiations including the ones with the leading European media companies and Hollywood studios. Her main specialization is acquisitions of any kinds of content rights, working out of the broadcasting schedules, analysis of the audience, working out and carrying out of programming concepts, etc. In 2006 together with her partners she founded and headed the first Ukrainian media consulting company "Media Resources Management" that now has partners and clients all over the world, as well as with the key players of the Ukrainian and international markets. Iryna is an author of many articles and reviews of the Ukrainian market of television as well as the foreign markets.
Iryna takes regular active part in professional events both as an organizer (please check the events arranged by MRM), and as a speaker. Since the founding of the company Iryna has already made speeches at such events as the Second International Forum «Digital Broadcasting in Ukraine» (2008), conference «Ukrainian Product on the National Air: its State, Problems and Perspectives» (2007), international media conference EUROPEAN TELEVISION DIALOGUE (Budapest, Hungary, 2006) etc. Iryna was a moderator at the specialized press-conference (during the content market MIPCOM 2008) arranged by MRM to present the Ukrainian media market to the international community.
